It is a subsidiary of Al-Mizan Company for General Contracting and Real Estate Investment, and its headquarters is (Salem Omar Salem Akhlaf). It is one of the companies contributing to the establishment of contracting work, building roads, extending water and sewage lines, and extending and connecting electricity networks in Libya.
